Pete the Cat

We used Pete the Cat this week to help us review all the colors we had been talking about for the last few weeks.  After reading "Pete the Cat I Love My White Shoes" and watching the You Tube video, we made a TLC Pete the Cat. Check it out.

Another great beginning

 Check out our hats we made to go with the story Curious George and the Man in the Yellow Hat.

Well the first two weeks of school have gotten off to a great start.  We have jumped right in with a hunt around the school for the Gingerbread man and our Brown Bear, Brown Bear unit.  One of the favorite activities, aside from hunting the Gingerbread man, was painting brown bear with chocolate pudding.  I have to admit, I love this activity myself.  We also glued yellow feathers on yellow duck and crinkle paper on green frog.  Check out photos from some of the fun things we've been doing.
